🚨 WATER SHOWING UP NEAR YOUR DRAINFIELD? DON’T WAIT UNTIL IT TURNS INTO A BIGGER PROBLEM.

Standing water, soggy spots, or unusually wet ground around your drainfield can be your septic system’s way of telling you something isn’t right.

Possible causes can include a failing or saturated drainfield, clogged or damaged septic lines, a full tank, distribution box issues, poor drainage, or a system that’s beginning to back up.

💧 The sooner you catch the problem, the better. Waiting can mean more damage, more mess, and a more expensive repair.

If your yard is staying wet where it shouldn’t, give T & J Excavating & Septic Services a call and let us take a look!

🚜 LOCAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL — WHO WOULD BE INTERESTED? 🚜

We’re considering opening a locally owned equipment rental company serving the Martinsville/Henry County area and surrounding communities, and we’d love to see what kind of interest is out there!

The goal would be to offer a convenient, local option for homeowners, contractors, landscapers, farmers and DIYers who need equipment for a project without the expense of purchasing it.

Some of the equipment we’re considering offering includes:

• Skid steers & mini skid steers
• Mini excavators
• Tractors
• Equipment trailers
• Pressure washers
• Generators
• Concrete mixers & concrete saws
• Jack hammers
• Plate & trench compactors
• Log splitters
• Trash pumps
• Attachments including augers, pallet forks, buckets, Harley rakes, tillers, bush hogs & more

We would also plan to offer daily, weekend and weekly rental options, with delivery and pickup available for an additional fee.

Before we take the next step, we want to hear from YOU!

👉 Would you use a local equipment rental company?
👉 What equipment would you be most likely to rent?
👉 Is there something you wish was easier to rent locally?

Drop a comment below or send us a message! Even if you don’t need anything right now, sharing this post would help us get a better idea of the local demand.

We’re just testing the waters for now, so your feedback would be a huge help! 🚜🔧
