✅ Replaced the border with natural Brown County stone for a timeless, rustic look
✅ Extended landscape beds by 1.5' to improve water flow and support plant health
✅ Enhanced soil with conditioning + fertilizing for stronger root growth
✅ Brought in fresh, nutrient-rich topsoil from the White River
✅ Added Executurf Tuff Turf and Shade Seed for a lush, green lawn in both sun and shade
✅ Installed straw matting to support germination and prevent erosion
✅ Designed a clean, low-maintenance landscape layout perfect for full shade
✅ Wrapped up with a fresh touch: lattice around the porch for added charm and privacy
