Before you buy… take a look at how the building is ventilated.

At LL Legacies, we install a true gable vent built into the wall — designed to allow the building to properly ventilate. 🌬️

✔ Promotes proper airflow
✔ Helps reduce moisture buildup
✔ Helps regulate interior temperature

We also seal our vents with silicone to prevent water intrusion and protect the siding.

Some builders simply screw a flat vent onto the outside of the building…
Often without sealing it at all.

That can lead to poor ventilation and potential water problems over time.

It’s another detail most people overlook — but it makes a difference in the long-term durability of your building. 🔨
