It's Senior Day — and it's free for ages 62+ from 12 - 5. Head over to the beef and poultry shows and a live concert by Clayton Mullen. Plus all the other fun (rides, food, animals) you always get at the Youth Fair.

Yes, it can be a balancing act — especially in this time of "do more, more, more" — and both work AND life can be exhausting.

Gantt's Excavating strives to do it differently. We pay employees for volunteering in the local community and put family time front and center, offering flexible schedules during busy holiday weeks.

We invest in the wellbeing of our employees and prioritize a healthy work-life balance.

Work-life balance might be limiting phone use during family time, taking PTO for doctor's appointments and other needs, and reminding fellow team members to get enough sleep, to take breaks, and to hydrate every single day.

Our team works in hard, physically-demanding conditions. Construction deadlines can be stressful. We know this. Please, prioritize health and wellness for yourself. Help each other get and stay healthy. And let us know what you're thinking.
