Here’s another I had time to get done last week. I removed the old over head door that had seen better days. Then I got to start installing the new tracks and bottom panel’s. After getting them up I could put the tops on the track and hang them from the ceiling. After that it was time to put the tensioning bar and spring and wind it up. Than it was time to install the new door trims and weather strips. The customer is excited to not have cold air and precipitation coming in her garage!

Here’s another project we finished up last week. We had to strip the old drywall and ceiling tiles. Than we got to start fixing framing. Also screwed the floor down and installed 2 new windows Before fixing the missing insulation plus start putting things back together. So here’s a few pictures the new house I was putting in last year. We got a later start on the project than expected but we still managed to get it done. The new home is 32x68. I had to remove the stone from the old driveway. Then add a bunch of fill from digging out the basement so the customer had less of a hill to climb to get out of the driveway. I ran power 200’ for the new service to the new home. I finally got to start getting stone in for grade so I could get the footers formed up and poured. Then we stripped the forms and moved on to getting the wall prepared and braced to be poured. There will be many more pictures to come. I just havent had time to post all of them.
