💬 "Sahara's bid was a full 25% cheaper than its competitors for the same scope of work, which included mild mold remediation, expanding the access point to the crawlspace, insulating the foundation from the gravel up to the rim-joists, full encapsulation, and the addition of a crawlspace dehumidifier and condensate pump. The owner came to my house, explained his company's process, what to expect and when to expect it, and also covered financial options. The work started on time, the owner was on-site and working until the crew left for the day - it took two days to finish the work because of a mechanical issue with the saw that was needed to expand the access-point (Which needed to be made substantially bigger to allow the team to get the 4'x8' sheets of insulation into the crawlspace). The company was flexible, allowing me to add scope to the contract (added a condensate drip pan under the HVAC air handler unit) and only charged me for the cost of the drip-pan. A few days after the job was complete and after payment had been made, I contacted the owner with a couple of issues / concerns that I noticed while showing my wife the work. The owner came out and personally fixed each concern I raised. This company was great to work with, was professional from start to finish, and delivered a quality job, and picked up after themselves, all while surprisingly becoming fast friends with my overly protective, always on alert, German Shredder, I mean Shepherd."
