This unit had a maintenance contract on it where the system is supposed to be serviced every 6 months and as you can see the indoor evaporator coil was never touched. This homeowner trusted the company that was supposed to be maintaining her home heating and air conditioning system . Now our company is out here resolving the problem that should have never developed in the first place and the good thing about this is she now a new member to the ever growing All weather family.
