James has been a part of the Iron Dogs’ family since June of 2024, and last week he married the love of his life, Morgan. ❤️

What a difference this renovation made! From top to bottom, this home received a complete makeover that completely transformed the space.

For this project, we:
✔️ Removed walls to create a more open floor plan
✔️ Spray Foam Insulation completed by one of our AMAZING Subs!
✔️ Relocated HVAC to improve functionality and flow
✔️ Installed new flooring throughout the entire home
✔️ Built a beautiful new tile shower
✔️ Beautiful new kitchen with top of the line appliances
✔️ Added stunning lighting fixtures throughout
✔️ Installed a gorgeous stone fireplace (the hearth will be completed by the homeowner)

Can we talk about a stunning transformation?! This home got a complete refresh, and the results speak for themselves.

To achieve this beautiful new look, we:
🏠 Knocked down walls to create a more open floor plan
💡 Installed recessed lighting throughout
🪵 Added new flooring throughout the home
📏 Leveled the floors for a solid foundation
🎨 Removed outdated wallpaper and gave the home a fresh coat of paint
🖌️ Repainted the kitchen cabinets for a clean, updated look
✨ Installed new quartz countertops and a beautiful tile backsplash

Mixing the old with the new in this beautiful kitchen remodel! ✨

This client needed more cabinet and countertop space while creating a more open, airy, and functional kitchen. We added new cabinets and painted the existing cabinets to match, giving the space a seamless and updated look.

We also installed new flooring, relocated the refrigerator to allow for a larger unit, removed the cooktop to make space for a stove, moved the water heater, and opened up the wall to completely transform the flow of the kitchen.

To finish it all off, we installed stunning quartz countertops that truly brought everything together! We absolutely love how this remodel turned out!
