Today’s Focal Friday is a special DAILY DOUBLE, featuring two absolute all stars Chris & Kadeem.

These two play a huge role in the day to day operations here at DeMelo Bros, and their hard work, dedication, and leadership do not go unnoticed.

Not only are we recognizing them for everything they bring to the team, but this Sunday also marks a very special milestone! Both Chris and Kadeem are celebrating their very first Father’s Day.

Chris helps lead our maintenance division, while Kadeem does the same for our construction division. But truthfully, both of these guys do far more than their titles suggest. No matter the task, challenge, or favor, it’s rare to ever hear “no” from either of them.

They show up, step up, and help keep everything moving. We appreciate both of you more than words can express and are proud to have you on the team!

This property is quickly becoming one of our favorite transformations of the year! Our entire team has been hard at work bringing the vision to life, and the results are already turning heads.

A huge shoutout to Alexa and the horticulture crew, their eye for detail has made this landscape absolutely explode with color and character.

And the best part? We’re just getting started.

Yes, we know we missed the last two Focal Friday posts! We’ve been busy focusing on completing projects and exceeding our customers’ expectations. But the show must go on!

This week’s Focal Friday spotlight goes to Anthony, better known around the shop as “AK!”

AK is a valued member of our construction crew and brings a positive attitude, great sense of humor, and strong work ethic to the job site every single day. Whether he’s cracking jokes to keep the crew motivated or stepping up to tackle a challenge, he’s always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

His talents extend far beyond construction. Throughout his time with DeMelo Bros, AK has helped with tree work, irrigation, mowing, planting projects, and just about anything else we’ve thrown his way. His versatility and team first mindset make him an invaluable part of our company.

Thank you, Anthony, for your dedication, hard work, and commitment to the team. We appreciate everything you do and are proud to have you as part of the DeMelo Bros family.

As we approach the end of this monster project, we just want to take a moment to truly thank everyone who had a hand in bringing this vision to life. What started as an idea turned into months of hard work, long days, problem solving, pressure, and dedication from so many incredible people. This project tested all of us at times, but together we pushed through every challenge and made it happen.

To all the employees at DeMelo Bros thank you for the countless hours, the pride you took in your work, and for showing up every single day ready to give everything you had. The standard that was upheld throughout this project did not happen by accident. It happened because of the people behind it.

A huge thank you as well to John O’Dea & Sullivan Engineering, Dave Frye & Stonewood Products, Christian Hardscapes, Vetorinos & Barnstable Tree, John Hall Electric, Craig Bishop & High Efficiency, Anything & Everything, Callahan Dump Runs, Beacon Gardens, and everyone else who contributed along the way. Every company, every crew, and every individual played an important role in getting us to this point.

Designed by our own Rob DeMelo and brought to life by the DeMelo team with pride, dignity, and relentless effort. There’s still more work ahead of us, but reaching this point feels special. It’s a reminder of what can happen when good people come together with one goal and refuse to quit.

And most importantly, thank you to our long-standing customer for placing your trust in us throughout this entire process. Trust like that is something we never take lightly, and we are beyond grateful for the opportunity to carry out a project of this magnitude for you.
