As Cape Cod Electrical celebrates 10 years in business, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on how far we’ve come since 2016.

While I’m proud of the growth, the projects, and the fleet we’ve built over the years, the thing I’m most proud of is the team behind it all.

In an industry where turnover can be high, we’ve been fortunate to have employees who have believed in the company and stuck through the ups and downs that come with building a growing business. Having team members who have been here for 9 years, 7 years, and 6 years means more to me than any milestone or number ever could.

They were here before the systems, before the structure, before the benefits, retirement plans, and everything the company has grown into today. They helped build the reputation Cape Cod Electrical has become known for through hard work, loyalty, long days, storms, emergency calls, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

I also want to thank all of the incredible relationships we’ve built over the years with our builders, vendors, supply houses, subcontractors, and trade partners. Your support, trust, and partnership have played a huge role in helping us grow.

Most importantly, thank you to all of our customers and the Cape Cod community for supporting a local family owned company over the last 10 years. Every phone call, referral, review, and opportunity to work in your homes and businesses has meant the world to us.

We truly appreciate every single one of you.

The two employees who did the work were pleasant and all business. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up after. Job well done. Town inspector had an easy job as all was done correctly."
