2011 Honda Big Red 700

- Diagnosed bad clutches, advised to have a shop replace if customer wanted (I don’t pull engines at this time).
- Hauled to lang for replacement engine/trans
- picked back up and did the following:

- air filter serviced
- installed front light bar and rear light pods
- assembled plow and installed plow mount
- installed plow pulley kit
- replaced damage winch wire with synthetic rope
- serviced snorkel air filter

Dropped back off over the weekend to the customer!

Knocked this machine out quick!- engine oil change and filter- new air filter- 3 new blades- tightened starter bolts- 2 ...

Knocked this machine out quick!

- engine oil change and filter
- new air filter
- 3 new blades
- tightened starter bolts
- 2 new spark plugs
- lubed throttle and choke cables
- lubed front spindles
- lubed pivot points
- cleaned fly wheel points (picture shows pre cleaning)
- advised new drive belt (customer said they would do)

Another repeat customer.

- customer confirmed deck belt broke, replaced deck belt
- customer confirmed squealing noise when driving, replaced worn drive belt
- installed new cutting blades as they were quite worn
- cleaned deck spindles and pulley system

Finally got this one back together after waiting on a gasket from China. This is from the 1960’s!

- cleaned out fuel tank
- cleaned out carb
- added missing oil cap
- new jet
- new idle needle assembly
- new diaphram
- cleaned spark plug
- re attached throttle cable
- new air filter
- degreased machine

Repeat customer, fixed a snowblower for him this winter.

I picked up this machine NON running. Main fuse would blow as soon as the ignition was turned on.

- diagnosed and resolved fuse blowing condition
- got running but didn’t run great
- engine oil and filter change
- air filter change
- fuel filter change
- 2 new spark plugs (one was bent out of spec causing rough running at low RPMs)
- greased front spindles
- found left front tie rod loose, tightened

Delivered back to the owner.

Ever consider upgrades? Yes I do that too!

2022 can am outlander 450 max in for maintenance.

- Changed front differential fluid
- air filter good
- Changed engine/gearbox oil and fluid
- Changed rear differential fluid
- Topped off coolant per customer ask
- Greased suspension and rear prop shaft zerks
- Found water pump seal leaking, advised customer
- Checked brake pads and output seals

Going back for now!

Obviously not a small engine, but did an oil change and front end grease on my dad’s 2017 Duramax.

Wrapped up another one!

1996 Yamaha Timberwolf 250 4x4

Came to me running and driving but idling funny. Also had a chirp sound when driving/moving.

-Pulled carb and cleaned, adjusted idle, hooked up drain that was lying there
- New fuel cap vent line
- Rear axle nut was loose, torqued upon reassembly of rear axle
- Replaced broken choke lever
- Diagnosed failed front u-joint, replaced
- Rear left axle seal leaking, replaced

I also had a little helper for a bit.
