Position: Project Manager/Service Technician

How long have you been with Lanners Brothers?
Since August 31, 2020

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy helping the farmers. Whether it be fixing a breakdown, new site build or updating existing equipment, the feeling at the end of a project when everything operates smoothly is as
good as it gets.

What’s one thing customers might not know about you?
I come from a farming family. While my parents didn’t farm, my grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles have farmed hay, alfalfa, pinto beans and a variety of crops in the Four Corners region for generations.

Favorite part of working at Lanners Brothers?
I enjoy everything about this job but in the six years I’ve been here I have met a number of quality, good-hearted people. Helping the community that has relied on Lanners for so long keeps me motivated to ensure quality and convenience to optimize operations. When dryers and unloads, spreaders, stirators, grain pumps, cross-augers and air systems work well I’m a happy man.

What do you like to do outside of work?
If I am not working you can find me golfing or fishing with my son, I’m also a decent drummer.

Best advice for our customers?
The cleaner you keep your equipment the better it will operate. I am available to call anytime, and I like to make sure everything operates smoothly BEFORE harvest.

Fun Fact:
Pinto beans are the most consumed bean in the U.S.

Where are you from? Luverne

What are you most excited about in your new role? I’m most excited to continue to support all
of the fantastic customers in optimizing their grain handling.

What drew you to Lanners Brothers? A close friend of mine knows Jamie Lanners and set up an
introduction and the partnership just grew from that point.

What experience do you bring to the team? I have over a decade of experience leading agricultural sales efforts and working with farmers to find solutions that work best for them.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I enjoy spending time with my family and fishing when I get the chance.

Fun Fact: My wife and I have six children and the two youngest are twins.

A heartfelt thank you to our loyal customers- we truly appreciate your continued support. Thank you to everyone who attended our customer appreciation last month; it was wonderful to see you all.

We’d also like to extend our sincere thanks to CB Construction and Grain Handling Direct to your partnership in helping move Lanners Brothers forward along with our wonderful team. We’d like to welcome Tom Barron to our sales management team and thank Trevor for his loyalty to Lanners Brothers over the years. We greatly appreciate all he does.

We are saddened to share that Bryan Arzdorf passed away on April 24. He spent many years working alongside his uncles, Jack and Bob, and later returned after the passing of his cousin Galen to help keep the business going.

Bryan will be deeply missed. Please take a moment to remember him and keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
