We have Shells for sale!
This shell is 10x24, it has siding and roofing. It is just a framed shell. The interior is just framing, ready to be moved and set on a foundation! DIY or we can finish it out for you! Built on skids. We have 2 other shells that are 10x24 and 2 that are 12x28. These do not have siding or roofing, just the frame with windows and sheathing.
Perfect for a home, office, or studio!
