That is how a bouquet gets built out here. You walk the rows. You cut what feels right. You leave with something that looks like you, not like a grocery cooler!

Celosia takes its name from a Greek word for burning. Once you hear that, you cannot unsee the flame!

Harvest when the bloom is fully developed, before it goes to seed. Fresh for about five to fourteen days. Then they dry and keep going.

We were honored to host another wonderful group last night at Gardens and Goats! It started as a rainy morning turned into a beautiful evening. The rows were in bloom, the bouquets were beautiful and new friends were made!

Friday nights Gardens and Goats class was another special one. We were privileged to host a couples 16 year anniversary, a mother daughter night out and a girls night!
We are honored that folks are choosing our little experience for their special occasions so thank you!

We have a little break before our next round of workshops. But they pick up starting August 20th. If you’ve been thinking about it, we’d love to have you out and get to meet you!

We had another beautiful evening on Friday at our Gardens and Goats wildflower arranging workshop!! The rows are blooming and the arrangements are looking amazing! Multiple varieties of Dahlia, Celosia, Zinnia, Amaranth, Cosmo, Bachelor Button and more!

We have many dates to choose from this summer!
