With the approaching storm, Generac owners are encouraged to review the guidance in the image below to ensure your generator is ready for operation.

Please note that generators not maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule will not be eligible for emergency service calls.

Our technicians will respond to emergency calls once road conditions are safe. The safety of our team is our top priority, and we will not dispatch technicians until travel conditions allow them to do so safely.
