I was talking to a guy about starting a business a little while ago and one of the concerns going out on your own is; how do you find work and how do you make sure it keeps coming. He has a licensed trade and from what I've seen as soon as the LLC is created the phone never stops ringing, but how did you do it?

I had a lot of friends who hired me, they told their friends, they hired me, became friends, they told their friends, and then people found me on Google, Facebook, Tiktok... the phone doesn't stop, the emails and messages on three different platforms don't stop. I can't keep up.
