This is interior framing for some false walls that had drop ceilings in it. Opens it up beautifully, midi gates noise travel and allows for more noise reduction/canceling to be installed.

This was a garage just under 500 feet that we converted into a an ADU(Accessory Dwelling Unit). The owners did a great job picking out what they wanted. This was a fun build.

Here’s a tile job we did in an ADU that shows the various spacers with a floor to wall layout for the walk in shower. Turned out really nice.
