American Shield Roofing is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives throughout Southern Illinois!

For us, door-to-door sales is about more than making a sale. It’s about getting out into the communities we serve, meeting homeowners face-to-face, answering questions, identifying potential roofing issues, and being there when someone needs a contractor they can trust.

We’re looking for people who can professionally represent the American Shield name and take the same pride in serving our community that we do.

As part of the ASR team, you’ll have:

* 🤝 Weekly team meetings to learn, improve, and stay connected
* 📚 Training and support to build your roofing knowledge
* 📅 Flexible scheduling
* 💰 High earning potential
* 📈 Opportunities to grow within the company
* 🏠 The opportunity to work directly with homeowners throughout the 618
* 🇺🇸 The chance to represent a local, veteran-owned and operated company

We want people who are comfortable getting out into neighborhoods, introducing themselves, building relationships, and helping homeowners better understand the condition of their roof and the options available to them.

Experience is a plus, but it isn’t everything. We care about character, work ethic, professionalism, communication, and how you treat our customers.

Today we had the privilege of taking part in Derek Taylor Golf Scramble

We’re proud to be an event sponsor and even more grateful to spend the day supporting something that means so much to the people in our community while honoring Derek❤️

The guys are claiming they shot 14 under….but they are the only ones who believe that🤣
