Construction continues steadily over at the site of the new headquarters for ESCO Electric here in Marion!

The pre-engineered metal building is up, and glass is being installed for the north office side of the building. Shoutout to our friends over at Rinderknecht Associates Inc for the work so far, it's amazing to see this project come together!

Engaging with our clients and talking shop about their projects is one of our favorite activities as design leaders in our communities!

At MGA, we focus heavily on collaborating with our clients and their communities when it's necessary, and recently working with the staff and congregation members of Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Marion is a prime example of this in action! Recently Kyle and Sarah have been meeting with multiple different groups within their congregation as we start to understand their pain points as we being to form a master plan for their space.

We are excited to continue to work with LCR on this master plan as we "pave the path forward' to their future!

Fun fact: Our President, Kyle, and his wife Kayla got married in this exact church!

Progress is moving along over at Bell Tower Lofts here in Marion!

Since we last updated in January, construction has continued steadily, with drywall going up and a lot of units starting to take more shape. Recently the new louvers for the tower were installed as well as many of the original stained-glass pieces have been reinstalled after they were taken to be refurbished.

From the dilapidated state it was found in to now, the transformation so far is stunning, and we can’t wait to see the finished product!
