“This company delivered wood chips onto my property a couple of months ago. I booked the service through chip drop. I just logged on to the site to request another drop and realized you never got your money as I never updated my card info. Thank you guys for being gracious enough to drop the load behind my shop. Overall happy with them adhering to my request for clean wood chips only. Would recommend any day!”

"What a wonderful experience it was to deal with this company. Prompt, professional and personable. They removed and shredded 18 trees and root balls in just over an hour. And when they left everything was cleaned up and ready to start something new. Good people, good service and good price. I was also very glad that certified arborists worked on the project. That was a giant plus when we were considering which proposal to go with."

We are thankful for the tough work they put into removing four large fir trees that were a threat to our home and our neighbors.
We are also thankful with how they took on the difficulties of paperwork for permits, scheduling a structural engineer, and arranging a crane to safely bring the trunks of the fir trees down.
Please show Tree North Tree kindness in return and be flexible when scheduling during fire season. Many of the crew are wild land firefighters in addition to providing your tree services.”

“Tree North did an excellent job of removing three overgrown problem cedar trees, pruned several ornamental cherry trees and a Douglas fir. They discovered during the job that a Gingko tree was sickly and removed it, without additional charge. Arborist, Israel, and his crew were professional, polite, and were very hard workers. Israel even returned on a Sunday to complete grinding the stumps! (They had to wait on the city to mark power, gas and water lines before grinding the stumps). The job was done as promised, on time, and without drama or problems. I have previously used four other tree service companies in the Salem area, Tree North is by far the best tree service I have used in over 20 years. Tree North gets an excellent A++++++ in my book. I highly recommend them.”
