📹 WHAT'S HIDING IN YOUR SEWER LINE?

Here's something a lot of homeowners don't realize.

A sewer camera inspection can help professionals investigate problems INSIDE the line without immediately digging up the yard.

It may help reveal:

🌳 Tree-root intrusion
🔧 Damaged or misaligned pipes
🪠 Blockages
💧 Other visible sewer-line problems

If you're dealing with recurring backups or slow drains, identifying the cause is an important first step.

Baker & Sons offers video camera inspections and sewer services.

Would you want to see what's inside your sewer pipe? 😂👀

🚿 QUICK QUESTION: HOW OLD IS YOUR WATER HEATER?

5 years? 10 years? 15?

Or are you just hoping it never asks you to find out? 😂

Water heaters work hard every single day, but they don't last forever.

Things worth watching for include leaks, inconsistent temperatures, rusty water, and unusual noises.

Not every issue means replacement, but knowing your unit's age and condition helps you plan ahead.

Baker & Sons even offers an INSTANT online water heater quote!

🏡 WAIT… YOU DON'T ALWAYS HAVE TO DIG UP THE WHOLE YARD?

That's right!

Depending on the condition and location of the damaged sewer pipe, trenchless sewer repair may be an option.

Some trenchless methods can reduce the amount of digging required compared with traditional excavation.

Not every sewer line qualifies, so proper evaluation matters.

Baker & Sons offers sewer repair services, including trenchless options.

Because nobody dreams of spending their weekend looking at a giant trench across the lawn. 😂

💧 NOT ALL LEAKS LEAVE A PUDDLE.

Some of the most frustrating plumbing problems are the ones you can't actually see.

A few warning signs worth paying attention to:

🚰 Your water bill suddenly increases.
👂 You hear running water when nothing is on.
🏠 You notice damp walls or flooring.
💧 Water pressure unexpectedly drops.
👃 A musty smell appears without an obvious cause.

None of these automatically means you have a hidden leak, but they're worth investigating.

Baker & Sons offers leak detection and plumbing repair services to help find the problem before it becomes a bigger headache.

🏠 UNPOPULAR HOMEOWNER OPINIONS… LET'S HEAR THEM! 😂

We'll start.

🚿 A really good shower is better than a fancy bathtub.

🧺 Laundry is never actually finished.

🍽️ The kitchen sink somehow becomes everyone's dumping ground.

💸 Owning a home means something is ALWAYS on the list.

Now it's your turn.

👇 What's your most unpopular opinion about homeownership?

We're ready for the debates. 😂
