Check out this design…. I sketched out the exterior idea on paper first, then designed a floor plan to fit in it…. It could use a few tweaks, but it’s a start.…. I then drew out the exterior and interior floor plan on my computer, and had AI give me a “finished” picture…. I think turned out kind of cool. Now if I could just find someone to let us build it!!! Exterior shell and concrete would be right around $138,000. That’s no interior work. The living space is 2020 sq ft with a 720 sq ft attached garage.
