✅ Electrical Punch List — Handled!

Just wrapped up an electrical punch list for a real estate transaction, helping move things one step closer to closing day. 🏡⚡

🔧 Swapped out faulty GFCI outlets
🛠️ Remediated double-tapped breakers
🤝 Coordinated with the home owner and real estate agent to make sure everything met code and passed reinspection the first time.

☀️ Hot Days, Bigger Problems! ☀️

Today we replaced a failed RTU disconnect at a commercial warehouse. When temperatures are soaring, a functioning disconnect is critical to keeping rooftop units safe and running reliably.

✅ New disconnect installed
✅ Power restored
✅ Cooling back online

🔌 Service Upgrade – Before & After! ⚡️

We just wrapped up a full electrical service upgrade on this home, and the difference speaks for itself 👇

The old setup was outdated, undersized, and not up to today’s safety standards. We installed a brand new 200-amp service with a clean, secure mast, (and added aerial clearance for the neighbors 😀) and meter setup—ready to handle modern electrical needs safely and reliably.

What we did:
✅ Replaced the outdated meter box and wiring
✅ Installed a proper service mast with weatherhead
✅ Upgraded to a 200-amp panel for better capacity with surge protection
✅ Brought the whole system up to code

We just wrapped up a full electrical upgrade on this commercial office/warehouse space — and it’s looking sharp!

Scope of Work:
• All-new indoor and outdoor LED lighting from Lithonia Lighting for better visibility and energy efficiency
• Brand-new outlets and switches installed throughout for that sharp finished look.
• As always, clean, code-compliant work that’s built to last
