Super challenging and very interesting project!

We came in behind another contractor that didn’t do the best of work but that’s what why we are here!

We extended the entire cart path for a more safe and wide turn feel I would say it’s like a nascar track but to the lake

In order to do the concrete we had to build two retaining walls and we built these correctly unlike the previous contractor who used screws and glue to level there block!

Concrete, Retaining Walls, and awesomeness

Easy breezy lake access or whatever you say🤭

Another big list project are you ready!

We are so blessed to have the talent to do the job of multiple contractors into one!

• A side walk extension to create a wide enough path for the golf cart

• A lot of fill dirt rip rap and some compacted gravel to create a lot of flat space along the lake for parking corn hole a fire pit a curling sheet🥌 a petting zoo 🦙doesn’t matter to us!

• A entire rip out and replace of all the landscaping some trimming new rock and new rubber mulch looks like a billion bucks 💵 (more then a million)

• A deck tear out and replacement of the old rotted wood to all new with composite decking ready for lots of dancing 💃

Thank you for reading hopefully you smiled or giggled because life is fun! And Jesus loves you!

Throwing it back to this one

This project was a big transformation. We worked with the slope and the existing woods to build out the retaining walls, rock areas, steps, and gravel paths, turning a tough piece of ground into a functional outdoor space.

Still one of our favorites to look back on.
