Quick layover today.
Installed Malarkey brand shingles on this one. Which I’m becoming a BIG FAN of! This is our 3rd year installing them. They have a different color scheme that sets them apart and I just really like that. What matters MOST.. is that we have another happy homeowner 🏡

Warm weather means exterior renovating can start! We’ve been chomping at the bit and glad we’re back to it. Today these gentlemen tore off 30sq, several sheets of OSB replaced, felted and installed Owen’s cornering TEAK architectural shingles. GREAT DAY to have a great day today! Another satisfied customer for US.

Give US a call for all your exterior remodeling needs & WANTS. Finished this metal roof install with a deck and overhang built. Turned out lovely and the homeowners were very pleased!

Got to partner up with my good brother again on a job. Winterizing a home that had gone into foreclosure. Layed pad and carpet in three bedrooms. New sub-floor, vinyl flooring and toilet in bathroom. New flooring in kitchen as well as utility room. All sealed up and ready for winter. 🥶

Got to collab with Michael Miller of King Petty Construction on this one. Great guy to work with!! We extended the whole front section 6’ and added a gable overhang. Soffit, Fascia and 6” seamless gutters and downspouts. Topped with a matte black ribbed panel metal roof 🖤✨
