Is your kitchen exhaust hood actually venting outdoors, or is it just blowing cooking grease, heat, and moisture right back into your home?

We recently helped a local homeowner resolve a serious indoor air quality and safety issue. Their range hood was not ducted outside, allowing grease residue and trapped moisture to build up indoors. We installed a replacement hood and ran dedicated rigid ductwork directly to the exterior, bringing the installation fully up to code.

Selling a home comes down to the details. A recent client had new carpet installed, but the extra pile height meant the interior doors no longer cleared the floor.

We stepped in quickly to keep their listing on schedule:
Trimmed 1 inch off 4 standard interior doors and 1 bifold door.

Refreshed and adjusted all hardware

This project required a complete 700-square-foot flooring replacement to address dated carpet in the living room and hallway, alongside damaged engineered hardwood in the kitchen.

The separated spaces were unified using a continuous Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) installation.

The project scope included full-service ex*****on: initial furniture relocation, complete demolition and debris disposal, LVP installation, custom transition fitting, and the application of all-new trim throughout the work area.

Project ex*****on details:

Removed existing cast iron tub and demolished original wall and shower tile.

Installed new tub, surround, and shower valve.
Installed new vanity and toilet fixtures.

Upgraded electrical components with new switches and GFCI outlets.

Installed new exhaust fan system.

Discovered and corrected a preexisting ventilation failure by properly routing the new exhaust fan to the exterior of the structure

Shed Rescue for someone preparing to sell! We recently tackled a complete structural upgrade for the pole barn, and roof replacement on this 10x16 shed.

New Shingle Roof: Check out the before and after photos to see the difference. We stripped away the old, failing materials and installed a brand-new shingle roof for total weather protection.

To guarantee long-term durability, we installed three new structural posts to properly carry the load. If you spot the bottle jacks in the final pictures, they are hard at work! We use them to hold the structure perfectly level while the fresh concrete footings cure and harden.
