Ok ok, so it’s different colors at the moment. Mint green paint incoming, the batt n board is wrapping up nicely. Adding on this master bed and bath will certainly make things more roomy for this house and we can’t wait to see it finished. Updates to come!

Tomorrow is baking day, everything will be done by 4 in the afternoon, for now I ask that you pick up the goodies here at my home, I am working on getting a small farm stand built. I am still taking orders for sandwich bread which will be fresh baked tomorrow. Please message me with your requests.

Soooo, we didn’t quite hit Xmas but we were close. Today was closing day on the SF twin homes. Big thanks to for working with us through the trials of the holidays and the weather. Last bit of concrete finishing early this week and small things like gutters wrapping up. These turned out awesome and can’t wait for the next projects to come!

Flooring is all wrapped up in twin #1 with doors and upper cabinets getting done over the weekend, twin #2 about 1 week following. Closing deadline coming up quick but we’re breathing easy, we’ve got all the right people to get these two done and wrapped with a bow just in time for Christmas. 😎

The twin homes in SF are coming along great! Ready for mud on #1 with #2 following right behind it.

Soffits all done on twin #1 along with the shingles, siding next week! Roof on trim #2 is ready for shingles. These twin homes are coming together nicely with a finish date not to far off. Big thanks to Top Tier Seamless Gutters LLC, D&D Electric, Central Heating & Air, Pro Contracting.
