Beautiful partial covered deck and bottom wrap to start this season off. We used the hidden screw system to give this a perfect finish. Needless to say, our customers' bare feet and pet paws will enjoy this new deck for many years to come! Reinforcement for hot tubs is crucial, and we take the safety of our clients and their guest seriously. Instead of triple packs, our engineer designed us 6x6 load-bearing columns. Better fit and less separation over time means more added value and safety for our clients and their new home.

Wood decay from bad Hardie install, no caulking or proper flashing between joints. No problem we replaced everything bad, applied a new waterproof membrane and now it's time to hang the ledgers!! We are also caulking and fixing the siding for our customer so they can enjoy their new deck for many years to come.
