🫶🏼Our most recently finished custom built B. Hancock home…
Some beautiful details went into this build. And we feel blessed to have worked with such an amazing family. We can’t wait for them to have their first Christmas, birthdays, and anniversaries here - filling the space with friends, family, laughter and happiness. This house deserves the love it’s going to feel. 🫶🏼

All closed in for the fall on this one and moving onto the next steps! It’s always rewarding watching these homes go from blueprint to reality.
This one is going to be another great house with awesome views through those huge rear windows!

This is a bit overdue, as we did it last summer... A little upgrade, 8 years later. Heidi Hancock and Mitch Schmit, S&B Scapes created a backyard oasis!!
