We're hiring superintendents at Cornerstone — both entry-level and experienced.
If you've got experience:
You know what this job is. Run the site, manage the subs, keep the schedule tight, and make sure the work is right. We need someone who can own a commercial interior project from start to punch list — coordinate with owners, architects, and building officials, handle daily reporting in Viewpoint Team, and solve problems before they cost money. You lead by example and the people around you are better for it.
If you're just getting started:
We'll teach you. You'll shadow experienced supers, learn how to manage schedules and subs, run daily reports, and get hands-on with quality control and inspections. We're not looking for a finished product — we're looking for someone reliable, coachable, and hungry to learn the trade.
