A 19,166 USF corporate tenant build-out for Solifi at 5555 Windward Parkway — a second-generation build-out in a vacant suite thoughtfully transformed to reflect the identity and collaborative spirit of two technology-driven organizations sharing one cohesive space. The scope included new interior glass panels at all office and meeting room fronts, custom gradient film throughout, wood plank paneling at the Breakroom, Reception, and Boardroom, laminate storage lockers, re-upholstered and relocated banquette seating, fabric-wrapped panels, custom tenant logo film at the Boardroom, salvaged glass markerboards, and 22 TVs — all delivered on time and within budget, to a tenant team that loves their new space.

This is how relationships are built. A couple of our team members took clients to Mexico Beach, FL for two days offshore with Mexico Beach Fishing Company. 70+ miles out, 400+ ft of water, 400+ lbs of fish, and plenty of bull sharks to keep things interesting. Thanks to everyone who came along!

Arcadis Design & Consultancy | Atlanta, GA. Cornerstone Contracting Group delivered a 33,715 SF tenant improvement for Arcadis at 2839 Paces Ferry Road — a two-floor full renovation that combined two separate Arcadis facilities into one cohesive office. Awarded the project just five days before start, our team hit the ground running against a tight 16-week deadline, finishing construction over a week ahead of schedule. The finished space features large open-concept office areas, all-new glass fronts on conference spaces, 2x4 direct/indirect LED lighting, upgraded ceiling tile and grid throughout, full-height mahogany doors, and upgraded floor finishes — a workspace that reflects Arcadis' culture of improvement, collaboration, and forward-thinking design.

Taking time each quarter to review safety practices together is one of the most important things we do, because every person on this team deserves to go home safe at the end of the day.

Cornerstone Contracting Group partnered with JLL, Nelson, and Smart Interiors to deliver a 7,186 SF corporate tenant build-out for SEI at South Terraces — a business and technology consulting firm built on excellence, integrity, and collaboration. From early test fit and design development through final delivery, CCG played a pivotal role in value engineering, capital common area enhancements, and restroom updates to support SEI's fresh new space. The result is an open, approachable workspace featuring exposed ceilings with open MEP systems above collaborative bullpen areas, glass-encased offices and meeting spaces, cutting-edge LED lighting with advanced control systems, and a brand new breakroom lounge with custom casework. Delivered on time, within budget, and ahead of the tenant's originally anticipated completion date.

Stivers Automotive | Dunwoody, GA.

Cornerstone Contracting Group partnered with JLL, Nelson, Barrett Woodyard & Associates, and Detail Designs to deliver a 4,500 SF corporate office build-out for Stivers Automotive at South Terraces — a space that perfectly blends professionalism with personality. Private offices, open collaborative space, a breakroom, and a conference room are tied together with new LED lighting and updated finishes throughout, while tenant-supplied artwork, framed posters, and a statement pool table give the space a modern, masculine feel that is unmistakably Stivers. Delivered on time and within budget.

Taking it back to 2016 — and this one was a big one. Cornerstone Contracting Group partnered with Cushman & Wakefield, Nelson, and Barrett Woodyard & Associates to deliver a 90,320 SF corporate headquarters expansion and renovation for Floor & Decor at 2500 Windy Ridge Pkwy in Atlanta. The project expanded their headquarters onto the first and third floors while completing a fully occupied, phased renovation of the fourth and fifth floors — transforming a traditional office environment into large, open collaborative spaces and meeting rooms that reflected the brand and energy of one of the fastest growing home improvement retailers in the country. Open-to-structure ceilings, creative lighting, and a unique blend of contractor-supplied and Floor & Decor-supplied materials created a look entirely their own. Despite over $500K in client-driven change directives throughout the project, our team delivered six weeks ahead of schedule.
