Back in early 2022, our team took on an 11,077 SF tenant improvement for Boxlight at 2750 Premiere Parkway and we couldn't be prouder of how it turned out.

The goal? Transform a dated flex warehouse space into a modern, high-functioning office that reflects Boxlight's identity as a leader in presentation technology. That meant selective demolition, all-new MEP systems, custom glass partitions, and a striking blue accent wall in the reception area, all while keeping business disruptions to a minimum.

The result is a space that balances open collaboration zones, private meeting rooms, and a comfortable break room, all wrapped in a clean mix of acoustic ceilings and exposed structure.

Big shoutout to Project Manager Josh Faglier, Superintendent Eddie Lingerfelt, and our incredible partners at The Simpson Organization, Cresa, and Nelson for making this one a success.

We love seeing a spec space come together exactly the way it should.

Cornerstone Contracting Group partnered with JLL to complete a 2,757 SF speculative office build-out at North Terraces in Atlanta, GA—and this one is a great reminder of what thoughtful preconstruction and intentional design can produce.

From early collaboration with SMART Interior Group and Barrett, Woodyard & Associates through final delivery, our team worked to ensure every decision served both the design vision and the future tenant experience. The goal was simple: create a space so well-executed that the right tenant walks in and can picture themselves there immediately.

Some of our favorite features:

• Laminate privacy slat wall at the entry—defining the space without closing it off
• Exposed ceiling paired with decorative modern lighting that sets the tone from the moment you walk in
• Quartz countertops and upgraded cabinetry hardware that bring a high-end feel to everyday shared spaces
• A dedicated conference room and fully equipped Break Room anchoring the layout
• A flexible mix of private offices and open collaboration areas built for how people actually work today

Proud of the way this one turned out—and grateful for a great partnership with JLL, SMART Interior Group, and Barrett, Woodyard & Associates.
