Back in early 2022, our team took on an 11,077 SF tenant improvement for Boxlight at 2750 Premiere Parkway and we couldn't be prouder of how it turned out.
The goal? Transform a dated flex warehouse space into a modern, high-functioning office that reflects Boxlight's identity as a leader in presentation technology. That meant selective demolition, all-new MEP systems, custom glass partitions, and a striking blue accent wall in the reception area, all while keeping business disruptions to a minimum.
The result is a space that balances open collaboration zones, private meeting rooms, and a comfortable break room, all wrapped in a clean mix of acoustic ceilings and exposed structure.
