A beautiful covered porch starts with the details—even overhead.

For this porch ceiling, we used James Hardie® Beaded Porch Panel for a clean, finished look. Hardie® Trim was used for the bed moulding, to cover the ceiling butt seams, and around the perimeter to bring the whole design together.

As the weather changes, many start to consider a refresh of their home in time for the holidays. 🍂

Concrete pad ➡️ custom composite deck.

For this Marietta, GA deck project, we built a brand-new deck over the home’s existing concrete patio.

The structure was framed with pressure-treated pine and new support posts. Then we finished the space with Deckorators Summit Series composite decking.

For this new deck build in Marietta, GA, our team built directly over an existing concrete pad to create a completely new backyard experience.

We started with:
• Pressure-treated pine framing

• A solid structure built for the new deck

The deck on this Decatur, GA home was in need of repair. Years of weathering caused damaged boards and unsafe railing conditions. So the homeowner reached out to us to complete a deck rebuild. 🏡👷

We used pressure treated pine to build a new deck, steps, and railing. This also included replacing the foundation retaining wall railing! 🔨

Alongside the deck, there were a few other areas the homeowner wanted to update:
- We installed new screens and posts on the screened-in porch
- Installed a new Anderson 2000 series storm door
- Replaced areas of rotted wood on the fascia, brick moulds, soffit, and corner boards

Lastly, we painted one coat of Sherwin Williams SuperPaint on the trim of the home and installed new aluminum gutters. Now the back deck is safer, in much better condition, and ready in time for fall and holiday gatherings. 🍁🌲🤭

The homeowners of this Woodstock, GA home had siding that had seen years of damage and water intrusion. 😬

So we used new James Hardie siding to replaced the siding on the back of the home and on the chimney! We also installed new Hardie Trim corner boards. ✅

With the new siding also came replacing further areas of rotted wood. Then, we painted two new coats of Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint and installed new gutters.✨
