We’re looking for an experienced septic repair technician who takes pride in doing the job right, not fast-and-sloppy.

This is not a pump-truck position and not a “just follow the work order” role.
We focus on diagnosing real septic problems and executing clean, durable repairs—often after homeowners have already received confusing or conflicting opinions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing septic repairs and system corrections (baffles, lines, drain field components, tanks, etc.)

• Working from clear scopes developed through thorough inspections

• Solving non-textbook problems in older or neglected systems

• Coordinating with inspectors and subcontractors when needed

• Explaining repairs clearly and honestly when homeowners have questions

• Taking pride in clean job sites and work that lasts

What This Job Is NOT

• Not pumping tanks all day

• Not emergency-only chaos work

• Not “rush it and move on” production

• Not upselling work that doesn’t need to be done

Who This Role Is For

• Someone with real septic repair experience (install, service, excavation, or inspection background)

🚨 PANIC... then RELIEF! 🎉

Just wrapped up an inspection in Canton, GA and had one of those moments that'll make your heart skip a beat. We discovered a septic tank buried dangerously close to incoming utilities—and I mean CLOSE. My first thought? "How am I gonna dig this up safely?"

Then we found them—manhole risers installed on top of the tank, but here's the kicker: they were buried so deep in the yard I couldn't see them at first! Crisis averted, but it got me thinking...
