My client Iris wanted luxury vinyl plank installed in her downstairs floor. We removed the carpet in the living room, added 3/8” plywood and installed the lvp. She was ecstatic!!

My client Iris wanted luxury vinyl plank installed in her downstairs. Took out the carpet in the living room and glued and nailed 3/8” plywood. Installed the lvp. Customer was ecstatic!

Opened the 8' kitchen ceiling and modified to create a cathedral ceiling with dust collectors on each end.

Just finished a shed for Pierre in Chimney Springs subdivision. He gave is the plans and we built accordingly. Measures 12'x12' on a six inch slab. Grey tin roof, cedar siding stained, roll up door trim is 12" wide cement board painted.

There was a wall with a door separating the toilet shower area, well that was removed. There was a closet protruding left of the tub so that was removed. We now have an 83" wide shower. We used 1/2" shower glass with no door. Originally had one sink now we have 2 with a much longer vanity. White Marble tile in shower and marble on floors.

My client Denise contacted me regarding an update to her fireplace. It was out dated. We can in and gave her suggestions. We decided to shiplap the top all the way to the 16ft ceiling. We did a rustic barnwood mantel. The before picture is on the left.
