Our Royals Commercial team out of MD is executing critical building envelope and joint protection installations at Margaret Brent Elementary School.

The air and v***r barrier system, Soprema Sopraseal Stick VP, is complete, along with the waterproofing systems DeVal 410 and Soprema Total Drain. Joint sealant installation using Dow 790 is currently underway and approximately 20 percent complete, while expansion joints utilizing the InPro 1200 Series are scheduled for a future phase.

Each system is carefully coordinated to promote moisture control, accommodate building movement, and deliver long-term performance.

Our Dallas team is on site at the PHMS New Pediatric Campus, installing Preprufe 160R pre-applied waterproofing membrane and drainage composite on the below-grade structure.

You can see the new Preprufe Liquid Flashing being used here to seal thousands of penetrations throughout the membrane.

Great to be working alongside McCarthy/Vaughn JV on this large healthcare project.

While the BBQ didn’t take home a trophy this year, the team’s booth earned 3rd place out of 40 teams! 👏

Work is well underway on the new Sequoyah Middle & High School campus in Doraville, GA, and our team is playing a key role alongside Gilbane Building Company.

Scope includes air and v***r barrier installation, fireproofing, waterproofing, joint systems, and more.

Our team completed a detailed paver installation at the Williamson County New Headquarters Building, featuring Hanover Gridloc trays with Plankstone pavers in multiple sizes and colors across three balconies.

Paired with a hot-applied waterproofing system and high-performance insulation, this project delivers a durable, single-source solution.

Alpha team is making strong progress at NBU Headquarters in New Braunfels, TX—installing the Sika Parex Weatherseal Spray & Roll-on system, with SikaWall 85 Flash Seal NP and 80 MaxFlash applied at key openings and transitions. They’re also completing Z-106/HY fireproofing on this hospital project for Spaw Glass Construction. 🔧
