In Roswell’s Westchester neighborhood, this thoughtfully crafted addition reimagines what multigenerational living can look like. Rather than searching for separate homes, this family chose to invest in a shared future, creating a beautifully integrated living suite that allows two generations to live comfortably together while maintaining their own space.

• 1,600 sq ft two-story addition connected to the existing home
• Private living suite with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms
• Full kitchen, laundry room, and sun-filled living area
• Primary bath with vintage window, chandelier, and marble tile

The addition was designed to feel as though it had always been part of the home, honoring the character and scale of the original architecture while introducing spaces tailored for modern living. What was once a series of tight, underperforming rooms has been transformed into a spacious and beautifully organized retreat tailored to the rhythms of everyday living.

• Complete reconfiguration of the second-floor layout
• Expansive new primary suite with spa-inspired bath
• Dual walk-in closets designed for generous storage
• Second-floor laundry conveniently connected to the primary suite
• Kid-friendly hall bath and custom study space in the bonus room

By rethinking how each space should function, the home now supports daily routines with ease. The primary suite feels calm and generous, the bonus room now doubles as a focused study zone, and the upstairs laundry adds a layer of everyday convenience. High above the treeline in East Cobb, this second-floor renovation transformed underused rooms into a serene and beautifully crafted private retreat. What once felt like a mismatched layout is now a thoughtfully composed space where comfort, elegance, and personality coexist effortlessly.

The transformation began by rethinking how the upstairs spaces should truly function.
