Job Title: Concrete Laborer / Concrete Finisher
Location: Marietta, OH

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Concrete Laborers and Finishers to assist in all phases of concrete construction. This includes site preparation, form setting, concrete placement, finishing, and clean-up. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-oriented, and ready to work hard in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Set, align, and dismantle concrete forms.
• Pour, spread, and smooth concrete to required finish levels.
• Operate related equipment such as trowels, screeds, and power tools.
• Assist with grading, reinforcement placement, and other preparation tasks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient worksite at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in concrete work preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
