Our plumbing team recently completed a backflow prevention upgrade, adding redundancy to the system so maintenance can be performed with less disruption to operations. By reconfiguring the assembly, the facility now has greater flexibility when servicing backflow devices while maintaining critical system protection. Well done, Maxair team!

We were honored to participate in a panel discussion at Anderson University on Transforming Culture Through Strategic Disability Employment.

One thing we’ve learned: we certainly don’t have this figured out.
We’re still learning, making adjustments, and growing along the way. What we’ve found is that meaningful culture change starts when organizations are willing to challenge assumptions and courageously take the next step forward.
