Jordan Doegg | Construction – Office
Jordan has continued to grow in his role as a Sheet Metal Project Coordinator, and he especially stepped up following Brian’s departure. When that change created an immediate gap and additional responsibilities, Jordan took ownership and made sure our projects, PMs, and field teams continued to receive the support they needed.
Jordan’s willingness to step in, take on more, and keep things moving demonstrates Accountability, Drive, and being People-Focused. He is a great example of a teammate who sees what needs to be done and takes responsibility for helping the team succeed.
Shane Nelson | Plumbing Service
Shane has demonstrated tremendous dedication throughout a demanding summer. As our go-to person for equipment operation and underground work, he routinely takes on some of the toughest work in the department, often in difficult outdoor conditions. Regardless of the challenge, Shane stays positive, focuses on solutions, and gets the job done.
Even while facing personal challenges of his own, Shane has remained committed to his team and grateful for those around him. His consistency reflects Drive, Humility, and Integrity. Shane’s attitude and work ethic make a difference, and Maxair is better because of teammates like him.
Joel Bell | HVAC Service
Joel continues to be a dependable member of the Cobb team while taking on additional responsibility for the Paulding County Jail and City of Smyrna accounts. He communicates well, follows through, and makes sure our customers know they have someone they can depend on.
Joel has also invested time in training a co-op student, sharing his knowledge and providing hands-on experience while continuing to manage his own responsibilities. His willingness to serve our customers, support his team, and develop others demonstrates Accountability, Humility, and being People-Focused. Joel consistently shows what it means to be an Ideal Team Player.
Brent Farina | Warehouse (not pictured)
Brent demonstrated strong leadership by helping ensure our fabrication shop remained a safe and respectful workplace for everyone. When he saw something that needed attention, he was willing to speak up, take action, and reinforce the standards we expect from one another.
Brent’s actions demonstrate Integrity, Accountability, and being People-Focused. Doing the right thing sometimes requires the courage to address an issue rather than walk past it. Brent showed that courage while looking out for the people around him and helping protect the culture we want at Maxair.
