Rabbit season…no deck season!! Its deck season my dudes and couldn’t be more grateful to be asked to turn this botched job around. My client spent a ton of money with someone who either didn’t care or didn’t know or both. We stripped this one all the way back down to the bones and even found interior framing lumber as a few supports. Many things were out of code and stairs had to be completely redone. So after demo, and a proper rebuild we added another 24 sq ft, a proper staircase, new wiring and an under deck screen all in at a bit over 160 man hours. Thanks Hapeville!

From rags to riches. Eh maybe not that extreme but definitely from riches to so much better my bishes. Took out simple 1x trim and enhanced with wider 1x backband and proper sill supports. Took quite a bit of worthwhile labor to sharpen up this beautiful

Door day!! After almost 30 years its still my fav to bust out the old door hinge mortise jig and install new doors to old frames. On this little job I added a middle hinge and took care of the bore and strike. Just another facet of my job that brings me joy.
