🔨 FUNCTION BEHIND THE WALLS

This East Cobb master bath is being transformed into a spa-inspired botanical retreat. The design includes:
✨ Two front-lit/back-lit LED mirrors
✨ Four decorative sconces
✨ Floating elm shelves between the vanities
✨ Additional drawer storage
✨ New countertops and fixtures
What most people don't see is the planning required behind the walls.
Before drywall can be closed:
⚡ Existing lighting must be removed and rewired.
⚡ Recessed electrical outlets must be installed behind the LED mirrors.
⚡ Sconce locations must be perfectly coordinated with mirror sizes sinks and countertop elevations.
⚡ Structural blocking must be framed into the wall to support floating shelves.
⚡ Plumbing and electrical locations must be documented so future fasteners don't accidentally hit hidden utilities.
Every mirror, shelf, outlet, light fixture, sink, faucet, and countertop affects the final layout.
Good design is not just about selecting beautiful materials.
