Entry Level and Seasoned HVAC Technicians!

HVAC/Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Technician (PM Tech)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers and vendors
• Courteous and prompt communication with team members and management
• Inspect and Maintain HVAC and Refrigeration systems
• Replace filters and belts
• Consistently maintains a clean work environment
• Use company service app to document work completed, timesheets and work orders correctly
• Maintain company vehicle outfitted for preventative maintenance service.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge in repair/maintenance of HVAC and/or refrigeration systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance tasks and procedures
• Ability to work on-call and overtime hours as needed
• Ability to correspond (in writing and verbally) effectively with management, team members, and vendors
• Ability to travel regularly
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
• Must be able to work in environmentally and physically challenging working conditions
• Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or more regularly.
