We are pleased to share another internal promotion, Kurt Blanton, to Senior Vice President of Accounting.

Kurt is one of Pegasus's first employees! Throughout his tenure, he has been an instrumental voice in an ever-changing accounting strategy, a defender and influencer of Pegasus Core Values, and a partner in challenging the status quo while also mentoring a strong accounting support department for a sustainable future.

As a leader, Kurt understands that leaning too much toward the risk side could lead to significant losses while veering too far toward the reward side might result in missed opportunities for growth. He embraces our responsibility to serve our employees, clients, and other partnerships while placing significant focus on developing initiative strategies to affect best business practices.

His serious yet super social personality has earned the trust of those who interact with him.

We are excited to announce the promotion of Charles Duncan to District Manager.

Charles has over 17 years of knowledge in the multifamily industry. He has extensive experience with different style communities in several markets. Charles has completed property renovations for over 30 communities during his career and restored them to profitable high-performing communities in their respective markets. In 2021 he joined the Pegasus team as a Property Manager overseeing a 500+ unit community in Orlando. He was quickly promoted to General Manager to include a sister property totaling over 1,000 units. Charles received the 2022 Flying Pig award for success in leadership and overcoming the properties’ challenges. The following year, he relocated to the Atlanta market, oversaw a luxury high-rise with retail, and was elevated to Portfolio Director.
