* Presto Hvac can install any brand, but we prefer Lennox.

What is your pricing?
* Of course that will depend on the size and what exactly you need. But typically we are $$$$ below others. You can request a quote over the phone or by text.

Will the person you talk to be the one doing the job?
* Absolutely!! When you call or text Presto Hvac you will speak directly to an owner and they will be a part of every job.

What is your warranty?
* We offer a 10 years parts and labor warranty with no service contract required. Many companies offer the same warranty but expect you to carry a service contract through them for additional $$$ per year.

Here comes the heat! With temperatures heating up, here are tips to help your system run efficiently.
* Change your filter
* Keep the garage door shut
* Use the dryer in mornings or evenings
* Keep exterior doors closed
* Close the blinds
Also when the temperatures go up many units can struggle. A good indicator that there is a problem can be if your unit can’t catch up when the sun is down.

Wizardly reminder as you start your spring landscaping here are things to help your unit:
* Make sure the drain line is not covered and can flow freely
* Trim bushes away from the unit so it can have proper air flow
* Treat for insects, ants especially like to get in the unit

Temperatures are going to be dropping colder over the next week or so. Here are a few tips to help your furnace be the most efficient:
As always make sure your filter is clean.
Keep your doors closed tight.
If you have a fire going turn your fan to on to help circulate the heat.
Make sure your vents are free of furniture and are fully open.
