What a day at Zuri Gardens.

Hundreds of neighbors, local businesses, families, and future homeowners came together for an incredible community street fair celebrating what’s possible when innovation and community meet.

From fresh-squeezed juices and handmade candles to local clothing vendors and small businesses, there was something for everyone. One of the highlights was hearing our CEO, Tim Lankau, share how 3D-printed construction is helping make homeownership more attainable while creating a new vision for housing right here in Houston.

Events like this remind us that Zuri Gardens is about more than building homes—it’s about building community.

A huge thank you to Cole Klein Builders and all of the vendors, attendees, partners, and supporters who made today such a success. We can’t wait to do it again.

Turning concrete into art. This custom 3D-printed feature wall at Gulfshore Estates showcases what’s possible when advanced construction technology meets architectural design. Built layer by layer with our Atlas 3.0 system, creating forms that would be costly and complex using traditional methods.

Our guys printed this awesome feature wall while it was raining for our Gulfshores Estates project. This doesn’t require special crafts people. We design a wall in our software and moments later we can print it.
