Now we're working on the footings and stem walls for a new assisted-living facility in Columbus, Ohio, that will include 118 apartments.

GIOIA Concrete is proud to have completed the full concrete package for the new Tractor Supply Co. location in Grove City!
Our scope on this build included:
🔹 36,000 SF of exterior pavement
🔹 22,000 SF of slab work
🔹 90 CY of foundations
From the ground up, our team delivered the durable, high-quality concrete work this rural lifestyle retailer needed to open its doors and serve the Grove City community. Another job in the books for the GIOIA crew! 💪

GIOIA Concrete is proud to be pouring the concrete for Azure Standard's new Spec 13 Addition at The Point Industrial Park in South Point, OH! 🌱🧱

This 60,000 sq ft facility will house Azure's East Coast distribution hub —complete with cold storage, office space, and greenhouses for year-round organic produce.

It's an investment bringing 150 new jobs to Lawrence County.
