💙 Win Wednesday 💙

This Father's Day, I realized the biggest win wasn't getting my Jeep back on the road...

It was spending time with my dad.

After losing my company vehicle, my 2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ needed some love. Thankfully, Dad rolled up his sleeves and got to work right beside me.

Together we've:
🔧 Fixed side mirrors
🔧 Replaced the hard top with a soft top
🔧 Replaced swaybar links
🔧 Repaired fog lights and turn signals
🔧 Detailed it from top to bottom
🔧 Checked off a whole list of repairs

She's not perfect yet, but she's roadworthy and ready for the next adventure.

More importantly, I've gained hours of conversations, laughter, problem-solving, and memories with my dad that I wouldn't trade for anything.

Sometimes life forces us to slow down and appreciate what's right in front of us.

Thank you, Dad, for always believing we can fix whatever comes our way. ❤️

This week's win isn't a promotion, a new title, or a major milestone.

It's showing up.

It's continuing to believe in myself while navigating one of the more challenging seasons of my professional journey.

Like many people in transition, I've had moments where imposter syndrome has been loud. Moments where I've questioned my experience, my value, and whether I'm truly ready for the next opportunity.

But this week, I'm choosing to recognize a different truth:

🌟 Every challenge I've faced has taught me something valuable.
🌟 Every role I've held has contributed to who I am as a professional.
🌟 Every conversation, application, and connection is moving me forward—even when progress feels invisible.

Looking for a new opportunity can be humbling. It can test your confidence in ways you never expected. Yet it also creates space for growth, reflection, and clarity about what truly matters next.

So my Win Wednesday is this:

I haven't given up.

I'm continuing to learn, network, apply, and trust that the right opportunity is out there. I'm choosing courage over self-doubt and progress over perfection.
