If you know my friend Mary, you know she LOVES color. 💕🌸

For her new kitchen redesign, we balanced all that fun and whimsy with smart, thoughtful choices that still feel timeless. A little color, a little unexpected, and a whole lot of personality.

And we had so much fun doing it. 💗

Paint, Lighting, Tile, Window treatments, Cabinet hardware and still time for margaritas! 🍹🍹

I need your help! 🎨

One of the hardest decisions my clients make is choosing art. It can completely change the personality of a room, but staring at hundreds (or thousands!) of options can feel overwhelming.

That’s where I come in. My job isn’t to tell you what you should love—it’s to narrow down the choices until you’re left with pieces that truly fit your home and your style.

Today, I have five finalists for a client’s space, and I’d love to know what YOU think.

Drop your favorite in the comments: 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.

I’m always curious to see if your favorite ends up being the same one my client chooses. 😊

Most rooms don’t need a renovation. They need a reset.

A fresh layout. Better furniture placement. Thoughtful styling. A clear plan.

The spaces shown here are examples of how I’d reimagine a room based on each client’s needs, lifestyle, and personal style.

✨ Sometimes the biggest transformation comes from seeing your space differently.

Comment RESET and I’ll send you the details.

Most rooms don’t need a full renovation.
They need a better plan

These are examples of how I’d approach these spaces based on the needs and likes of my clients .

I am now taking only 5 room resets per week.

This is the part of the job that most agents don’t want to handle.

Not staged.
Not styled.
Real life.

And before a home is ready for the market,
there are conversations that need to happen.

The kind that require honesty, trust, and tact.

That’s where I come in. 🙋🏼‍♀️

I guide your clients through the process
so you can focus on selling
and they feel supported every step of the way.

❌🤔No more guessing!!!

We’re halfway through this elevated basement project, and this is where everything clicks.

The layout is set.
The pieces are in place.
Now the clients get to experience it before we commit.

Next step: ordering with total confidence—knowing everything fits and works exactly as planned.

Do you need help with a space in your home?

Design doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Most people just don’t know where to start.

These are my go-to, fool proof moves - that instantly pull a space together.
Whether you’re living in it, or getting ready to sell 🏡 ❤️
