We are currently finalizing the second phase of this granite-bordered, water-struck brick terrace and walkways. The specialized planting soils were procured from Black Earth Compost. Significant effort was dedicated to relocating the irrigation system infrastructure, which we originally installed three decades ago. With this foundation established, we plan to return in September to construct a backyard grilling area and implement a remotely controlled WiFi irrigation system for both new and existing gardens and lawns.

Fresh sod was delivered at 7:45 this morning. Our team efficiently placed 5200 square feet of sod by 9 AM. The sod will now be watered to ensure it thrives, giving the family back their yard in time for the 4th if July of holiday.

While out hiking in Salem today, I came across a mature Eastern White Pine, scientifically known as Pinus strobus. Unfortunately, few such larger trees have survived in the area. The tree's height is estimated to be between 60 and 70 feet, with a trunk circumference of 6 to 7 feet.
