Lighting is in and the porthole installed on the old cistern for a cool little detail on Tucker Street. Thankful to have clients interested in celebrating this historic feature and for the team to bring it all together.
Can’t wait to see this light shine through the surrounding garden next year as this fresh landscape begins to mature.

Some exciting pieces coming together to create some new spaces in the rear landscape on Eulow Road. This rustic, reclaimed wall will set up and tie into our eventual stairs and sunken fire pit area. Excellent work from this talented crew.

Wrapped up the planting to support this new fire pit space overlooking Salem Harbor just in time for a special family gathering.
The gardens surrounding the space are planted with a colorful palette of hardy, native perennials and shrubs to give the Clients year-round interest without creating more work on this busy site.
Shoutout to Instagram-less Bill McKenzie on the essential masonry and site work leading up to this next layer.

A few plant snaps from a quick getaway to the Outer Cape last week, including along a fruitful bike ride to Head of the Meadow. Shoutout to the little man for snagging the choice berries from the top of the Highbush. 🙌

Firewood storage collaboration in Annisquam.
Over the past couple seasons, I’ve been working with a Client on a master plan for their new home. We’ve developed loose concepts together and have then let the craftsmen work their magic, allowing things to evolve along the way.
We’re lucky to have Matt from .construction leading the masonry charge on site and working on the details like this piece. The architecture and landscape have plenty of interest on their own, but the masonry absolutely steals the show while on site. Top notch work, amigo. ⚒️
More to come.

Second bloom of Salvia ‘Caradonna’ coming into play with the arrival of the Allium ‘Millenium’ and the promise of Sedum ‘Autumn Joy’ on Orne Street.
This garden continues to evolve each season, swapping in new replacement plants while still searching for others.
On that note: anyone have any Santolina!?

Progress in Manchester 🚜🧱💪
Impossible to miss the views from anywhere within this landscape but especially from the new bluestone terrace.
Caps will be added this week to complete the seat wall with so much more to come from this dreamy site.
