Firewood storage collaboration in Annisquam.
Over the past couple seasons, I’ve been working with a Client on a master plan for their new home. We’ve developed loose concepts together and have then let the craftsmen work their magic, allowing things to evolve along the way.
We’re lucky to have Matt from .construction leading the masonry charge on site and working on the details like this piece. The architecture and landscape have plenty of interest on their own, but the masonry absolutely steals the show while on site. Top notch work, amigo. ⚒️

Second bloom of Salvia ‘Caradonna’ coming into play with the arrival of the Allium ‘Millenium’ and the promise of Sedum ‘Autumn Joy’ on Orne Street.
This garden continues to evolve each season, swapping in new replacement plants while still searching for others.
On that note: anyone have any Santolina!?

Big thanks to Marblehead’s Tree Warden, Jon Fobert, the weather, and for coordinating a great morning of planting at the Village School. A solid turnout of volunteers made light work of the 20 trees we added to this landscape that desperately needs it.
These concentrated efforts on a smaller scale, spring after spring, will combine to improve Marblehead’s canopy coverage and biodiversity, while providing an easy way to get involved and contribute to the future of our town.
