Carpenter Supervisor / Foreman

Thrower Home Improvements LLC

Thrower Home Improvements LLC is seeking an experienced **Carpenter Supervisor/Foreman** to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, skilled professional who can confidently lead residential construction projects and manage job sites with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily job site operations
* Manage crews and ensure projects stay on schedule
* Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site safety
* Read and interpret plans and ensure compliance with building codes
* Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members
* Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving efficiently

Qualifications

* 3–5 years of experience in a supervisor/foreman role
* Strong knowledge of residential construction practices and general building codes
* Ability to independently run and manage a job site
* Honest, trustworthy, and dependable work ethic
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Compensation & Benefits

* Starting pay at **$30/hour**, based on experience
* Tool allowance
* Paid Time Off (PTO)
* Holiday pay (6 paid holidays per year)
* Opportunity for a company truck
