Shane is Robert’s grandson, Mike’s son, and a proud third-generation HVAC professional. Watching him carry on the family tradition and grow within the industry has been something special, and we couldn’t be more proud of the man he has become.

Lisa, our administrative assistant — and Robert’s youngest daughter — just got back from hiking Machu Picchu. She took her American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning hat along for a little photo shoot in Peru, which gave us all a good laugh.

We’re glad she had an amazing adventure, and even happier to have her back at work!
